Questions worth asking

What counts as a seat?
Any staff member who is not marked inactive. A leaver you deactivate frees their seat immediately, and their records stay.
What happens if we go over?
Nobody is removed and nothing stops working. You cannot add another staff member until you are back under the limit or on a larger plan.
Does CareApp calculate tax?
No. It calculates gross pay from the hours actually worked and exports it for your payroll bureau. PAYE, National Insurance and pension stay with them.
Is our data separate from other agencies?
Yes, and it is enforced by the database rather than by application code. A query without your company attached returns nothing at all.
